Hike at Forest Park

• This is labeled as a “moderate” hike on AllTrails.

Please be aware the parking spots are over the bridge from the start of the AllTrails hike. We can plan to meet at the parking area at 10am and walk over together.

• Total Distance from parking area: 13.8 km / 8.6 miles

• Total Estimated time: 3 hours 58 min (with walk across bridge)

• Elevation gain: 348 m / 1141 ft

I do recommend carpooling if at all possible as many of the hikes have limited parking areas. Drivers who want to offer their car, please leave a comment below, and that way people can contact you to coordinate the trip. Please tip your driver.
