Join us for a winter day exploring the scenic cross-country ski trails at Sugarloaf. With beautifully groomed Nordic trails winding through forests and open views, this is a perfect outing whether you’re brand new to cross-country skiing or have experience and want a relaxed, social day on snow.
Drive: About 2.5 hours from Portland, Maine
What to Expect:
• Well-maintained cross-country ski trails
• Options for beginners and intermediate skiers
• A slower-paced, social winter activity
• Incredible mountain scenery without the crowds of downhill skiing
Schedule:
We’ll plan to start mid-morning and ski until we’re tired, with plenty of breaks to warm up and enjoy the views. Expect an early morning departure from Portland.
