Details

Come along for a 3 mile run with some serious leg burn. It’s a 3 mile run with each mile being one set of:

25 Forward Lunges
14 Reverse Lunges
10 broad Jumps

This is to build lactate in your muscle and get the better at converting it to fuel during the next mile. Only to repeat the process two more times.

I know it sounds painful, and it might be. But k promise it will help. If you want to build power to last longer, this is a method.

As usual you’re more than welcome to just run the 3 miles or do an alternative movement during the resistance stages.
