For each meeting I'll assign a reading (usually a work of short fiction), which you are free to read or not to read. I don't believe in homework. But I will not defend you from the ensuing tarring and feathering.

I've read it. It's weird, freaky, bloody, haunting—but also kind of beautiful? I can see why Jud decided to take a night off work specifically to join this discussion.
