Transformational Breathwork: Microdose and Prana Flow

The session will begin with an optional microdose before moving into a structured 1-hour Breathwork Journey designed to engage your mind, body, and senses. You'll be guided through a progression of Full Wave Breathing, Two-Part/One-Part Breath, and Bastrika Breaths—each technique working to relax your body, quiet your mind, and create a sense of openness within. All you have to do is follow the rhythm of your breath.

Breathwork is an endogenous psychedelic experience, and Sunday Sessions provide a safe, intentional space to explore and release stored emotions, calm intrusive thoughts, and deepen your connection to your body. The collective energy of the group enhances the experience, making the practice even more potent.

After the breathwork portion, we’ll transition into a 30-minute integration period, where curated music will create a space for processing and reflection. This is where the real transformation takes shape.

Once we’re ready, we’ll come back together for small-group reflections, allowing time to integrate the experience and share insights.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
• Yoga matts and blankets are available, but feel free to bring your own as well.
• Please do not eat anything heavy for an hour before the session.
• Easy fitting clothing is best.
