Exploring IFS & Breathwork: Journey into Stillness and Self-Compassion

This immersive session invites you on an inner pilgrimage—into silence, into spaciousness, and ultimately, into connection with the deeper truths of who you are.

We’ll begin with an optional microdose to support openness and presence. There will be a short introduction to IFS—understanding what a 'part' is, what the 'Self' is, and the relationship between them. From there, you'll be gently guided through a breathwork experience, where you will have an opportunity to clear and connect within. Then we will go into a visualization and meditation experience inspired by the symbolism of the desert—vast and free from distraction. In this space, we’ll begin to attune to the quiet voice of the Self and meet the parts of us that have long waited for contact, compassion, or simply space to be.

The journey will blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic breathwork, helping you explore internal patterns, gently meet exiled or protective parts, and reinhabit your body with more clarity and calm. Breathwork will offer a dynamic opportunity to release what is ready to move - emotionally, energetically, or physiologically.

After the breathwork, we’ll move into a gentle integration space for shared reflection. This will allow time to process insights and reorient toward your day with greater presence.

Whether you’re new to parts work or a seasoned traveler of your inner terrain, this session offers a supportive container to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.

You’ll leave with:
– A clearer connection to Self-energy
– A felt experience of internal spaciousness and compassion
– A symbolic anchor (the desert) you can return to in your practice
– Shared experience where you can be seen without judgment, with support

Details:

• The session will include an optional microdose.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
• Yoga matts and blankets are available, but feel free to bring your own.
• Please do not eat anything heavy for an hour before the session.
• Easy fitting clothing is best.
