Embark on Breath & Bath with Functional Fungi Fusion, a transformative 120-minute journey co-led by acclaimed sound healer Graham Slick and breathwork guide Geoff Falkenberg. This unique fusion blends the soothing resonance of a crystal singing bowl sound bath with Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired breathwork, guiding you toward a breakthrough in inner peace and self-awareness. Hosted in a serene, candlelit studio, this event invites you to release, realign, and rediscover your inner peace in a supportive, judgment-free space. Enhanced with an optional Functional Fungi Fusion featuring nature’s adaptogenic mushrooms, this event is open to all levels, no prior experience needed.

### CLASS OVERVIEW

The journey begins with an optional low-dose adaptogenic mushroom to enhance presence and openness, followed by an introduction to IFS, exploring the relationship between your 'parts' (protective or exiled aspects of self) and the wise, grounded 'Self.' Geoff will then guide you through somatic breathwork to release emotional and energetic blockages, creating a felt sense of internal freedom.
As your breath finds calm, Graham weaves a healing symphony using crystal bowls, wind chimes, harmonium, handpan, chakapas, roarers, and vocal tones. Drawing on the desert’s vast, distraction-free symbolism, this sonic and meditative experience becomes a canvas for visualization, inviting you to meet your parts with curiosity and attune to your intuition. The session builds toward a moment of surrender and renewal, affirming that everything is unfolding as it should.
A gentle integration circle follows, offering space for shared reflection to process insights and return to your day with clarity and calm.
