Breathwork and Parts Work + Microdose

You’re invited into a profound inner journey: one that meets your body, your breath, and a protective and vulnerable part through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Engaging with conscious breathwork and guided imagery, we’ll explore an inner world that will lead you through a series of wild landscapes to the guardian at the forest gate, all while bringing Self energy to your protector and allowing your protector to be seen, understood, and accepted.
Along the way, you’ll gently meet the parts of you that guard and the parts that fear, bringing the qualities of Self (calm, curiosity, courage, compassion) into conversation with them. This session blends somatic breathwork with IFS principles to help soften resistance, deepen inner connection, and create space for understanding rather than pushing.
What You’ll Experience
Group check-in + intention setting
We’ll begin by arriving together as a group, naming intentions, and taking an optional microdose to support presence and openness.
Intro to Breathwork + IFS
You’ll receive a grounded overview of conscious connected breathwork and how Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us relate to the protective and vulnerable parts that may arise during inner work.
A full breathwork session
You’ll move through a guided breathwork journey designed to open the body, soften the mind’s defenses, and create more space for connection, emotion, and clarity.
IFS-inspired guided meditation
After breathwork, you’ll rest and be guided through an inner landscape — field, forest, river, mountain, and desert — meeting the guardian part that protects your deeper emotions. You’ll work with your chosen Self-led quality to approach this protector with curiosity, compassion, and presence.
Integration + gentle close
We’ll end with time to share, reflect, and ground what was experienced before transitioning back into the outer world.
Who this is for:
Whether you’re new or have a breathwork practice already, this container invites you to meet parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. If you’ve ever felt the protective ‘guardian’ part of you halt your deeper journey, this session offers a different meeting: of protector and Self, not adversary.

Details:
• The session will include an optional microdose.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
• Yoga matts and blankets are available, but feel free to bring your own as well.
• Please do not eat anything heavy for an hour before the session.
• Easy fitting clothing is best.
• (Optional) Journal and pen to capture reflections after we land.
