Men's Check-In

Connect with other men in a small group to talk about what’s going on in your life and the world. Bring what’s foremost on your mind and heart. We’ll practice speaking from our hearts while staying centered in the body (to avoid getting lost in our heads). Everyone will co-facilitate to keep the meeting on track if we feel it’s wandered too far from a heartfelt, meaningful discussion.
