Join us on a hike on the Ridge Trail. Rated as a rigorous hike with high payoff views! Steep in the first section, poles valuable going up in this section but especially going down. Stumps, rocky and slippery terrain- wear the right boots! 3 hosts - Ceci is leading.
This is a harder hike than our usuals but doable and you’ll get plenty of exercise AND great company along the way. we wcan’t fix the world but we can get healthier and take care of our minds. join us!

Out & back- Begin from the trailhead off Turnpike Road for the Maiden Cliff Trail. Climb up Maiden Cliff for about 1/2 a mile before the junction with the Ridge Trail. The Ridge Trail cross the ridge top from Mount Megunticook to Ocean Overlook where there are views of Penobscot Bay and the town of Camden.
Bring- good hiking shoes, layered clothing, poles ( optional), water, lunch,
