## A Circle for Connection, Healing & Support

Join us for a gentle, supportive gathering for those who have been touched by cancer, whether you're newly diagnosed, in treatment, living with ongoing cancer, or years into survivorship.

This gathering is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the emotional and physical challenges of the cancer journey, in a space where you can simply show up as you are.

During our time together, we will:

  • Begin with a guided meditation to gently arrive in our bodies and settle into the present moment.
  • Explore a topic related to emotional healing and self-discovery, with a few thoughtful journaling prompts.
  • Create space to share our personal journeys, if we feel comfortable, and explore what it feels like to be heard and witnessed without judgment or the need to be fixed.
  • Close with a gentle group Integrative Energy Therapy (learn more) session to invite relaxation, connection, and a sense of inner calm.

There is no pressure to share or participate in anything that doesn't feel right for you. Sometimes simply being present and listening can be just as meaningful.

My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, more connected, and reminded that you are not alone on this journey.

Event Contribution: The suggested contribution for this gathering is $35, but we offer a pay-what-you-can option to make this space accessible to everyone. Whether you're able to contribute the full amount, a smaller amount, or nothing at all, you are equally welcome. No one will be turned away due to financial circumstances.
After registering for this event, please send your contribution via Venmo: @Paola-Khemchan

I look forward to sharing this space with you.

Warm wishes,
Paola
