Inagural CE5 (Alien Contact) Event

This is the inaugural event for the Portland CE5 community. The idea is to simply meetup & reach to our alien friends in the sky via the
CE5 (Close Encounters of the 5th Kind) protocol.

Some evidence for those out of the loop:

1. Obama confirming UFO's in the Guardian, a well-respected British Newspaper
2. 60 minutes episode with the United States government confirming the same
3. You can learn more about CE5 from the CE5 documentary, a follow-up to the first documentary.

A lawn chair or blankets may be helpful. Thinking we’ll meet at the summit at Council Crest Park at 8pm and start the protocol at 8:30pm and then hang out. I may have made it earlier, but if we get a light show, it will be easier to see in the dark. Also, as the protocol is a form a meditation, it's better to do it on an empty stomach. Feel free to bring some snacks/food to share for post-protocol.
