• Gain a better understanding of where your power comes from so you can actively shape your life and relationships
• Get clear on what you desire in your relationship(s) and what actions you can take to turn it into reality
• Learn how to take accountability when receiving feedback and how to utilize that feedback to propel you towards the type of relationship you desire.

Through guided exercises, reflective prompts, and group discussions, you’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and the tools to become an active agent in building thriving, meaningful relationships.​
