Resolve & Repair - Conflict Resolution Workshop

Details

There are many ways to approach conflict. But is the way you’re going about it getting you what you really want? Join me for Resolve & Repair, a transformative workshop designed to help you show up in conflict in a way that supports the connection, understanding, and outcomes you actually desire in your relationships.

### In this workshop, you will:

  • Clarify what you truly want from your relationships, so you can engage in conflict with intention and direction.
  • Learn how to repair disconnection, allowing you to move forward collaboratively and rebuild trust.
  • Practice effective communication tools that help both people feel heard and work together toward mutually supportive resolutions.

Through a mix of guided exercises, reflective prompts, and group discussions, you'll leave with practical tools to approach conflict as an opportunity for growth--deepening your self-awareness and strengthening your relationships.

### This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel stuck, confused, or frustrated when conflict arises.
  • You’re tired of feeling helpless and want to feel more empowered in resolving disagreements.
  • You’re willing to showing up with curiosity, vulnerability, and a desire to grow. No prior experience needed.
