THIS MONTH'S TALK:
Fantastic Secrets and Where to Find Them: Best Practices for Secrets Management
Oh no, someone ran a credential scanner on your repos! Now you have 47 secrets that must be rotated. But do you know which services use which secrets? If not, you may cause an outage, or even worse, if you blindly rotate secrets.
In this talk we will walk through mini post-mortems of secrets management mistakes by leading software organizations. Then, we’ll talk about why secrets operations are some of the most difficult devops tasks, and how a novel approach using eBPF can help you perform secrets operations more safely.
