**The Vision**: Each of us has access to the golden thread of aliveness moving thru us--and when we begin to re-orientate our sense of self around it, we can access our aliveness "in life," instead of our concepts, or ideas "about life." When we make this experiential shift, we can access levels of life energy (resource) that weren't before available to our nervous system.

With the right tools, we discover how to meet ourselves and honor the golden thread inside each of us, coming together with others in this practice, we begin to reweave the living fabric of life together in an amplified, field through the quality of creation innate in consciousness itself. This work touches every area of our life!

**The Practice:** So what is this "golden" thread practice anyway? It is a group of people coming together who are committed to the perfecting the art of joy, in the face of so many narratives to the contrary. Not that “joy” is the ultimate goal or outcome, but there is something particularly satisfying, if not joyful, in finding the thread of aliveness in your experience, and being able to hold onto that, no matter what storm rages around you.

Honestly, many of us never had the spaciousness to hold on to this golden thread of aliveness that passes through our mind and heart, to witness our experience with the type of love and acceptance we truly require to develop and grow into our highest potential, self-expression, and JOY.

**Each month we will discover ourselves with others, in ways few of us are rarely given an opportunity…**

· What it takes to open yourself to life on every level of your being
· Receive and interpret the information and intelligence contained in
rippling field of sensation of your own bio-field
· How to navigate the inner river with the influx of outer perception
· Expand tools for felt, embodied perception of self and others
· Observe and discover the emotional, mental, and psychic
structures that hold your relationship to yourself and the world
· Discover how new insights and tools can welcome and value the
somatic, or felt dimension of your experience
· Drop into authentic energetic orientation to life to optimize the
distribution of your life force energy
· Develop a linguistic expression and vocabulary that aligns with
your self-resonance
· Expand your capacity to hold the experience of self and others in a
way that creates more possibilities for innovation, creativity, love
and synergetic interaction
· Cultivate the potency and energetic impact of expressing and
witnessing present moment experience

This offering has emerged out of my current “Field Facilitator” training and Alchemy Mentorships.

It is also informed by relational embodiment practices, energetic healing philosophies, parts work, attachment theory, nervous system health and regulation, non-dual, yogic and mindfulness traditions, transpersonal psychology, movement modalities, Non-Violent Communication, trauma informed Heart IQ and Forum circle practices.
