What do you know, and like, about the co-housing concept?

We're a small group so far but let's meet in person and learn about each other's interest in senior co-housing in the Portland area. My hope is to see if there's enough interest in this idea to organize a workshop led by others with a depth and breadth of co-housing experience in the fall.
