Portland FIRE Hangout - PDX Adult Soapbox Derby

A hot topic at recent Meetup groups - hanging out without an agenda! Living life! Building community! Making friends! Enjoying Portland! Not (necessarily) talking about percentages, mathematical rules or S&P Index Funds!

We're planning to 'meet up' at the annual Soapbox Derby at the Food & Beverage station at the south end of the pool at 10:00am - from there, do whatever you want! Wear a green shirt to identify yourself and to enable late arrivals to identify one another later in the day. This will be a no-host event with no agenda other than to have a lovely day with some friends while soaking in one of Portland's iconic events.

### Where do I park?

The mountain will be closed to through traffic. Handicap parking is available at the Visitor Center enter from Belmont & SE 69th. General entrances SE 72nd on the east, SE Belmont on the north, SE Salmon St. on the west, and SE Division on the south. Please consider, walking, biking, taking a bus. cab, Lyft or uber or any ride share options. Parking is limited in the neighborhoods surrounding the park.
