Food and FIRE
Details
Alongside housing and transportation, food is typically one of the big three household expenses. As a group, let’s share our strategies for eating well and spending less. If you have any wonderfully healthy and inexpensive recipes to share, bring them along! I’ll present some tips that reduce cooking friction for me, ideas that go beyond your standard “meal prep” advice. If you’re not a fan of cooking, maybe the discussion will inspire you to find more joy in it. We can also talk about local restaurants: how do you feel about eating out and which restaurants do you think are worth the price? And maybe we'll chat a little about gardening and debate whether it actually saves us any grocery money.
