Embodied Death & Rebirth ~ Frequency Lounge

Hello Friends!

Welcoming death and rebirth within us is an art form ~ as we move into this season of external darkness, it invites us to move inward and find where the stillness lives.

During our time together we'll have:
- centering practices that include light optional movement and stillness
- sound bowl
- writing prompts
- tea ceremony

We'll be sitting on the floor on comfortable cushions - bring what you need to accommodate yourself and your comfort.

$15-$35 donation request ~ no one is turned away for lack of funds. Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp QR codes will be available at the event.
