For our first in-person Meetup, we want to get together and start a discussion on the four anchors of well-being. They are sometimes called the four pillars or facets, but however you talk about them, they are key to your well-being.

When we are talking about The Four Anchors, we mean:

  1. Who you are (how you see yourself and how others see you)
  2. What you do (daily activities and pursuits)
  3. Who is involved (relationships and social connections)
  4. How you structure it (how do you balance your time and what is your routine)

Let's start to get to know one another and explore how working with the four anchors could help us to maximize our well-being. We are limiting this Meetup to 20 people so that we can have a comfortable conversation where everyone who wants, can participate. We will likely continue this discussion in future Meetups.
