Reduce your social anxiety. Increase your confidence. Learn to navigate the world. Begin changing your psychology!

Our newest class series isn't therapy, but it most certainly IS therapeutic. We'll leverage the power of applied (or process) improvisation to bring the tools of improv to our daily lives. We'll anchor much of our work in the teachings of Augusto Boal and Paulo Friere, two educators who helped bring this kind of improvisation to the world. Together, we'll learn how to:

  • πŸ‘‚πŸΌHear & understand one another, even in challenging situations
  • πŸ‘£ Stand in the moment patiently & confidently
  • πŸ—£οΈ Speak our truth calmly and kindly
  • πŸ‘οΈ See and label other people's non-verbal cues
  • πŸ’ͺ🏼 Discover our strengths and, most importantly...
  • πŸ§‘πŸΌβ€πŸ€πŸΌβ€πŸ§‘πŸΌ Evolve friendships & relationships through the power of agreement

# πŸ—£οΈ 1:1 Sessions Included

The practice of applied improvisation is fun, but also requires vulnerability. For this reason, this series includes a 30-60min 1:1 session with your teacher. In these virtual sessions, we'll discuss and celebrate your breakthroughs and then examine the patterns that have emerged from your work that might be holding you back from even deeper successes.
