Portland Joint Committee

It's a celebration!! We are combining two ancient medicines, yoga and cannabis, on this holy day of 4/20. 🙌🏽 This is also the first birthday of the Portland Joint Committee. 🎂

We are welcoming our licensed instructor, Molly Geiger, for the first time. She is coming to us from Stoned Yoga (IG @StonedYogaPDX) and will lead us in some lovely cannabis yin yoga.

We’ll meet at Irving Park at 5:30pm. The first 30 minutes or so will be a hangout and optional smoke. And we'll get started with our yoga class about 6pm. The class will end with a sound bath of crystal singing bowls.

We are asking for a suggested donation of $10 per person. This will go towards paying our teacher, and any extra will serve as a fundraiser for the group. Bring your own mat (or beach towel), water, and BYOJs. Cannabis friendly.

Additionally, for anyone that might want to celebrate with us but not participate in yoga, there can be a side group that hangs out a little away from the class after 6pm.
