It was so fun and inspiring the first time, we're doing it again! Let’s meet for an afternoon of cannabis and yoga, the pairing of two ancient medicines. ✨
Come gather with community, relax and unwind with some yin yoga taught by our licensed instructor at Yoga on Yamhill. Restorative, relaxing, medicinal, and fun! 🧘🏽♀️💨❤️
We’ll meet at 4:20pm — in the downstairs studio this time — for a hangout and sesh, get to know each other a bit, and then we’ll get into the yoga by 4:50pm or so.
In an effort to keep this event affordable, we ask for a suggested donation of $10-$20 per person. This goes directly towards renting the studio space, and with any luck, compensating our instructor just a bit. Mats will be provided; bring water, if you'd like. Hope to see you there! Yoga is Medicine

As you can imagine, it is fun. Practicing conscious cannabis consumption as a community is a special event. But there are also a ridiculous number of health benefits in this one chill and intentional practice.
