### Headliner ANGELA SAWYER is one of the most likable, intelligent, smooth-delivering, conversational comedians on the Boston scene & far beyond! Her natural sardonic wit & deftly presented self-effacing badassery leaves crowds erupting in laughter. Angela was in the Boston Comedy Festival and the highly prestigious, comedy star-filled Limestone Comedy Festival in Indiana. She has opened for smart comedy favorites Gary Gulman and Eugene Mirman, and now she's coming to Port City!
### Feature act AWET TEAME's family emigrated to Boston from the African nation of Eritrea when she was young, and she clearly speaks COMEDY as a first language. Awet's very fluid, expertly choreographed physical set piece bits, and clever rapid-fire writing, combined with a facility for excellent voices has wowed audiences all over New England & in other major comedy markets. Awet is currently playing Dr. Patel on Showtime’s “Dexter New Blood”, has also acted on TV One’s “For My Man” , and is currently a three year term on Brookline MA's Town Meeting! So, not going to her show would be quite "Out of order !"
### Also performing, Portland-based whirlwind of comedy, AL GHANEKAR, who has been on shows with Jerry Seinfeld and Lenny Clarke, performs at top shows throughout New England, and has headlined at select clubs. Al's infectious energy, facility with funny voices and quick pacing grabs audiences by the collar and makes laughing non-negotiable.
### Hosted by ADAM GROPPMAN, who's performed on the Palm Springs, San Diego, Big Fire, Ventura Harbor and NY Underground comedy festivals, wrote and starred in a short film that was a distinguished entrant in the HBO Aspen and Montreal Just for Laughs festivals, and has acted in a bunch of comedic national commercials, for Rent-A-Center, Joe's Crab Shack, Pepsi, IHOP, Nescafe, The NBA, Value City & Dreamworks.
