Costume Tea Party @ Congress Square Park

Join us at Congress Square Park for a Halloween themed morning tea party. Congress Square Park will be providing the tea. Costumes are encouraged for all, including and especially dogs! This is a great opportunity for folks that aren't into late night parties or bars, but still want to enjoy Halloween festivities.

This event is outdoors and weather permitting. Stay home if you're feeling ill or exposed to someone sick.
