Sunday Maine Maple Pancake Breakfast @ Parson Maple Products

It's Maine Maple Weekend so we gotta grab a pancake breakfast! Parson Maple Products is having a pancake breakfast with a heated indoor seating area. The breakfast includes pancakes, bacon and OJ, coffee, or milk. They take cash, credit card, or check (lol) and have restrooms. They will have sap boiling demonstrations on wood burning evaporator for folks to check out. And of course there will be syrup over ice cream to sample.

This is a rural family farm, so parking will be ad hoc. If you know someone going, I recommend carpooling. Usually Maine Maple Weekend means long stretches of cars parked along the road. We're going early to beat the crowds.
