Take this self-empowering opportunity to become a Guardian of your Energy. Each class is slightly different, although forms are repeated over several weeks time in order to experience and integrate them into your body. Our focus is on self-empowerment through the practice of Qigong with a focus on building internal power and creating balance in the body. By incorporating conscious movement and the natural flow of energy (Chi, Qi), participants will experience a more harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit. We develop more awareness of our energy while cultivating inner strength and vitality through this ancient, long-cultivated and proven Chinese healing art. Whether you are new to Qigong or simply looking to deepen your practice, this event is suitable for all levels and body types. Let's come together and create a space for healing, growth, and transformation. Chairs provided as needed. The class is actually 75 minutes long to allow for questions and discussion as we delve deeply into this practice.
