Be on a comfortable floor and if needed, use a yoga mat. We will start with some warm-up followed by doing Myofascial Release (MFR) self-care in standing or sitting and lying down. We will be following the principles of John Barnes approach to MFR. We will use the 4 inch inflatable balls (up to 3 of them). You can usually order those for $5 per ball at Amazon or Sportime. This session is Online. For more info on MFR see www.myofascialrelease.com and www.forestmfr.com. There is a wonderful book on MFR self-care by Joyce Karnis, PT that you can get at the first website.
