This is a non-directive breathwork class; breathwork is offered, but if you prefer you may spend your time relaxing quietly on your mat.
The cost of the class is $30, though you can buy a 10 class pass for $200. You also have to buy the medicine the day of (you have to do the mushrooms to be a part of this. We didn't make the laws). You can get 2.5 MG psilocybin for $10 or 5 MG for $20.
**You must complete Preparation and Orientation prior. This will take about an hour per person, but once you do, you can attend any other mini-dose sessions (breathwork, yoga, meditation and full journeys) at PNWI without this step for a full year. **
