Once upon a time there was app in Dynamics 365 called ‘Marketing’. In the last few years it has been reimagined, rebuilt, renovated and renamed into ‘Customer Insights - Journeys’. It isn't just for marketers anymore. Business users can build trigger-based journeys that reach customers across multiple touch-points, growing relationships from prospects, through sales and support.

This session will introduce you to some of the cool stuff it can do, beyond boring old newsletter blasts and web forms. And then explore some ways that we can extend out of the box features and functionality with automations and custom pages in the power platform.
