Oregon has given a “last call” for public input on the regulations around psilocybin products, testing, & facilitator training under Measure 109. Many have expressed concern that the proposed rules would create a psilocybin program that is prohibitively expensive & that excludes religious & spiritual communities.

Join us for a special presentation by attorney & activist Jon Dennis, the architect of the proposed regulatory framework for protecting religious & entheogenic communities under Oregon’s psilocybin program. Much more is needed to successfully lobby for the Oregon Psilocybin Advisory Board, & the Oregon Health Authority, to adopt an entheogenic framework into the Measure 109 rules.
