Docker and Kubernetes Part 3: Scaling with Kubernetes

Details

In this session, we'll explore how Kubernetes can help you manage containerized applications at scale and improve your infrastructure's resilience, availability, and performance.

We'll introduce Kubernetes and its key concepts, such as Pods, Services, and Deployments. Then, we'll walk through a practical example of using Kubernetes to deploy and scale a multi-container web application.

We'll cover topics such as defining and managing Pods, using Services to expose and load balance the application, and using Deployments to manage rolling updates and rollbacks. You'll also learn how to use Kubernetes to automate the deployment process and scale up and down based on demand.

By the end of this session, you'll have a solid understanding of Kubernetes and how it can help you manage containerized applications at scale.
