aggregate: special session on making tables with the gt package
Details
Please join us for the 49th R aggRegate meetup on Zoom! We welcome current or aspiring R users who have any level of experience with the R programming language.
We're having a special session this time focusing on making publication ready tables using the {gt} package: https://gt.rstudio.com
With {gt}, anyone can make professional looking tables using a tidyverse like interface.
Our goal is to exchange knowledge, learn new skills, help each other troubleshoot coding problems, and meet new fellow R users.
No topic is off limits, and you may attend even if you don’t feel that you have anything to share. Come learn with us!
When: Thursday February 24th, 2022 @ 6:30-8 PM
Where: Online: zoom info provided soon (provided after you join).
Agenda:
• Special session on learning the {gt} package. We'll watch Rich Iannone's introduction to making tables with the {gt} package together.
• Next, we'll do short lightning talks and share table examples and code. If you have some {gt} code you'd like to share, sign up here: https://forms.gle/7HA5rC7Xj8h4AhXN8
We're a friendly group, and we all want to learn together.
Please note that this event, like all PDX R events, adheres to the PDX R Code of Conduct: https://pdxrlang.com/code-of-conduct.html We are dedicated to a safe learning environment to all.
If you have any trouble message Ted Laderas in in the Meetup app, or on Twitter at @pdxrlang
