Hello, welcome to this valuable 40 mins indulgent session where we discuss organisations, leadership, stakeholders, employees and their well-being.

We will begin with brief introductions of name, the sector we work in and what about HR has captivated someone like yourself to stay in this role.

Please note that the group aims to attract finance and media and entertainment professionals largely.

Here are a few highlights of what our fun session will include:
- Leadership styles (transactional versus transformational).
- Organisational politics
- Systems thinking
- What you think the current business problems are and how HR has a role to play
- Acceptance and tolerance at work
- Communication styles
- Interpersonal relationships at work

It'll be helpful if participants are familiar with the jargon to save time. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE MAIN GUIDELINES OF THE GROUP.
The event aims to attract serious enthusiasts and like-minded individuals.

We will be discussing current organisational issues and getting perspectives from those present. Systems thinking will be present.
We will be discussing any challenge/s leaders are having.
If the participants find the need to have HR along for this one, only HR can join. No one else from any other department tag along just because it's chill time.

- We will begin by defining what sensitive means for each one of us.
- We will speak of examples.
We will keep the format flexible as sensitives are often sensitive to a lot of input. The most important element here is creating a safe space for everyone and the group limit is set just for that.
