Al Kari

Al Kari is a Red Hat Principal Cloud Architect who helps customers build an enterprise-ready IT infrastructure based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. With more than 20 years in IT, he has product and services leadership experience from global companies, including Dell, Inc. Prior to joining Red Hat, Al co-founded DetaCloud, an OpenStack engineering consultancy. He has numerous published articles on enterprise solutions, IT infrastructure, virtualization, cloud architecture and open source technologies.

Red Hat has been the largest corporate code contributor to OpenStack. As a company, Red Hat is heavily involved in the OpenStack community, the Linux community and numerous other open source projects.
