As part of our nonprofit mission to make movement and wellness more accessible, we’re offering at least one free class each week for our community. This week’s featured class focuses on core stability, strength, balance, and mindful movement in a welcoming, all-levels environment.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with your body and reset in the middle of the week, we’d love to have you join us.

No cost. Just show up, move, breathe, and take care of yourself.
