Whistler consistently gets rated number one ski resort in N-America with its diverse terrain and vibrant village. It has something for everyone. Whistler is truly a unique place that you need to experience and it is a lot closer than you think. This is a joint event of sorts as there will be a large group of people from the Seattle ski meetup and we will have a ton of fun on and off the slopes.
I plan to leave Portland on Friday, Feb-27 and ski Whistler/Blackcomb from 2/28 through 3/05, and come back on Friday the 6th… or continue onto Red Mountain or Revy in BC if they get a major dump and looks too good to pass up. I can also leave a day or two early to ski Crystal or Baker if conditions look good.
If not the whole trip but if you happen to be up there at any time during this period, lets take some turns on the hills and/or party at the village.
