What we’re about

Tai Chi is a meditation in motion.
Practicing Tai Chi can improve every aspect of your life. As with meditation it can help clear your mind and reduce stress. Being mindful while moving improves balance and strengthens leg muscles.
When practicing Tai Chi we are bringing awareness to our whole body, connecting our movement from our center.
Come with questions. Be ready to move. You will experience the beginning of the Tai Chi form, from the Yang family as condensed by Prof. Chang Man Ching.
Taught by Angie Holland founder of Red Cedar Tai Chi, member of Tai Chi Foundation, practicing for 30 years.
