Intro to Tai Chi

This is a FREE event.
I want to share my love for Tai Chi with you. I'll talk about a bit the principals of Tai Chi but mostly I'm hoping to get everyone up and learning some Tai Chi.
This gentle moving exercise that helps circulates chi (energy) in your body. Daily practice can encourage healing, develop balance and relieve stress.
Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Also, flat shoes if you have them, if not you can practice in your socks.
We are meeting at Friendly House Community Center, on the corner of NW Thurman Street and 26th.
Parking is on the street.
