I want to share my love for Tai Chi with you. I'll talk about a bit the principals of Tai Chi but mostly I'm hoping to get everyone up and moving to learn the posture.
Tai Chi is an easy moving exercise that helps circulates chi through out your body. Daily practice can encourage healing.
Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Also, flat shoes if you have them, if not you can practice in your socks. Bring a sense of adventure and plan to have fun.
