This is a FREE event.
I want to share my love for Tai Chi with you. I'll talk a bit and answer questions. But mostly I want everyone to learning a little Tai Chi to take home with them.
Tai Chi is a moving meditation. When practiced regularly, the benefits are bountiful.
Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, also flat shoes if you have them. If not you can practice in your socks. Bring questions and be ready to move!
