No experience is necessary to participate in this workshop, just bring an open mind and a willingness to learn. You will be guided through gentle Tai Chi movements by an experienced instructor. Come and discover the joy of Tai Chi in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Wear flat shoes if you have them. We will be in the Garden Room, at Friendly House.
