This is a weekly initiative to boost our Mental Health and for self care
"Mind Matters" is an interactive mental and emotional self-care session that demonstrates practical methods to handle the mind, reduce stress and burnout through research-based breathwork techniques and meditation.
Experiences of the past can still tether us and negatively influence our association with the present: people, events, and situations. Similarly, worry and anxiety about the future can take away the joy and awareness of living in the present.
This moment has a lot to offer - happiness, clarity, purpose, focus and productivity. An increased awareness of the present can increase above qualities within us. How do we bring the wavering mind to the present moment through our own breath?
