The Art of Tantric Touch
How can we stay present, relaxed and connected while we touch others?
Our touching practices will include:

Awareness of how breath activates our connections
Bringing present time awareness to meditative massage,
Using intuition in touch
Cuddles or cradling as the receiver wishes,
Hugging meditations,
Head pampering (hairbrushing, head or face massage, eye gazing) as the receiver wishes, and other sensory meditations.
We can do a lot to help each other feel happy and nurtured in this sensual, yet non-sexual event.
We will end with a general cuddle time in one group.

Instruction will be given to help you be clear with what you do and don't want in terms of touch and pampering.

This is a fully clothed, sensual event.

Tantric Breathwork
Would you like to know some ways to use breathing practices to deepen your connections?

Are you wanting to move some stuck areas in your being or life path?

Breath is the most basic and deep pathway to move our energy.

We are trained from early on to breathe shallowly in order to control our feelings.

Using the simple vehicle of breathing deeply with the Transformational Breath and evocative music, we will take a shamanic journey into our deep subconscious, assisted by a witness.
Within a container of a ritual sacred circle, we will open the gates to our energy bodies and allow a cleansing of old stuck patterns.

We will practice various partner breath meditations and notice the different effects that each one creates.
Learn the Tantric Flow Breath, the partner Breathing Loop, and experiment with Chakra Energy Exchange.
We take time for integration and sharing after each small journey.
This is a fully clothed, sensual event.

No need for a partner, however you may attend with one and do all the practices with them if you wish. Otherwise we will be rotating around to experience different people and connections.

Couples $80-$150 per person sliding scale
Singles $90-160 per person

*For pre-approved Apprentices only: $70 per person if both are apprentices
*Apprentice brings a non-apprentice partner for $75 per companion
You will receive notification about your acceptance via email.
We will limit the event to 20 people.

We will enjoy a potluck dinner with whoever wishes to stay and socialize after the class.

You may choose to go home that night July 19th,
or to rent a room on site with a queen bed for $60
Or stay in a dorm for $40
or stay in your RV for $30.

Our Cancellation Policy:
Because we have limited space available, we have a strict refund policy.

If for some reason you become unable to attend, you may choose to have your payment refunded minus an administration fee and bank costs (bank costs are fees incurred by us for credit card transactions, wire transfers, etc) according to the following schedule. .

Cancellation before July 5
Refunded less $20 cancellation fee per person.

Cancellation after-July 5
No Refunds except in the case of the COVID policy below, or unless we can fill your spot with others. If we can fill your spot with someone else beforehand, we will refund you the whole payment.
If the training begins and you decide to leave, there will be no refunds or forwarding of your payments.

Coronavirus Cancelation Policy:
EXCEPTION: (Since we are asking you not to attend if you have Covid), if you get sick with covid and have to cancel within 7 days of the training start date, and can provide proof of a positive test result, we will refund you all of your tuition minus any non-recoverable costs (such as non-refundable venue deposits, etc.)
We trust and appreciate your integrity and honesty around last-minute cancellations.

This is a sober event, and please refrain from using artificial perfumes or scents.

ABOUT AMARA
Amara developed Heartbeat Nurturing Therapy, a method of healing the inner infant-self using cradling and hypnotic induction to address emotional issues stemming from lack of breast feeding & loving closeness as an infant. She is the author of "Heartbeat Nurturing Therapy- Healing Our Hearts Together”
In 1989, she developed her own approach to peer counseling, called Holistic Peer Counseling integrating counseling with spiritual meditation practices, psychic healing, breath work and body centered techniques. She has studied 6 different methods of pelvic bodywork, and has taught Sacred Pelvic Healing Work, Blissflow Intimate Massage, and led NeoTantra Pujas since 2007.

This is a chance to learn to give and receive nurturing to the pelvis, perineum and genital area within a context of safe therapeutic sessions, which can be exchanged between partners or friends.
The focus for this event is to create a warm, loving and safe space for exploring sexual healing and pelvic release massage in an experiential way.

If you are interested in deep healing for your body, becoming a better lover, and taking your physical intimacy to another level, then you will find Blissflow a beautiful experience.

When we are in highly aroused states, our physiology changes radically. This shift can be a gateway into health and healing. When these erotic energies are channeled correctly, profound changes in physical and emotional health can occur.

This workshop will consist of erotic bodywork that includes touching the whole body. The massage strokes run along meridians and muscle fibers, and are slow and deep. These long strokes along the limbs and torso are combined with a steady, slow arousing touch with the hands, for a little journey into heaven. It does not involve any fluid sharing, only touch with the hands and chest.

The emphasis is on treating our bodies as a sacred temple, using continuous, flowing strokes, which move the energy throughout the body, leaving you both relaxed and energized. It is not so much about learning detailed techniques as it is creating a feeling of flow.

This work is a simplified version of Rivers Of Love, a style developed by David Bruce Leonard, but does not require a protective plastic sheet. The pattern of the work on a male or female body is different, taking into account the difference in sexual energetics.

The instructor will demonstrate these techniques, and the participants will be guided in practicing with their partners.
This event is for couples. If you are single and are open to working with someone new, you can get on a waiting list, and meet with others beforehand to see if it's a fit. This is a very intimate class, but there is no fluid sharing.
You must be physically able to give a full body massage, from a seated position. Be comfortable with an erotically charged group environment.
All couples will remain together throughout the event. Our focus will be on healing our physical and emotional bodies, and on bringing more pleasure and joy into our lives and greater connection with our partner.

Participants need to be comfortable with group nudity and sexuality. We will be touching sexually with our hands (with our partners only), but there will be no intercourse.

Please come with a practice partner.
Same gender couples are welcome, however you will need to adapt because we will lead the class through one session on a lingam and one on a yoni.

Prices do not include food or lodging. Bring your own dinner.

ABOUT AMARA

Amara Karuna began studying massage of various modalities in 1977 and held a license in California and Oregon for a number of years. She also began learning Tantra and methods of healing on Maui in 2003. She has been leading Tantra classes and pujas on the mainland, Big Island and Maui since 2008. She teaches Heartbeat Nurturing Therapy, and is the author of "Heartbeat Nurturing Therapy, A Guide for Friends and Lovers”.

She has taught hundreds of people to do peer counseling, and has led many classes and support groups in Hawaii, including groups for parents and leaders. She is available for individual sessions of counseling, breathwork and tantric and relationship consultations.
