About us
Portland Trail Runners has been bringing runners together for over 15 years; the original trail running group in PDX. We meet every Saturday morning to explore the city’s best trails — like Forest Park, Tryon Creek, and more! Occasionally, we will have weekday runs sprinkled in the mix.
Our runs are typically 5–7 miles, with shorter options available (3-4 miles).
🐰ALL PACES ARE WELCOME🐢
We hang out after at the trailhead for coffee and conversation — bring a mug and join us!
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re here to cruise, push the pace, or just enjoy the dirt.

We’ll head UP BPA for a leg‑burning climb (aka "the warm-up"), then turn around and fly down BPA to the FL12 intersection. We’ll hang a left on FL12 and follow it until it reconnects with (you guessed it) FL15. Then we’ll seal the deal with the final climb back to the start.
