What we’re about
Portland Trail Runners is the original trail running group in Portland, Oregon, bringing runners together for over 15 years. We meet every Saturday morning to explore the city’s best trails — like Forest Park, Tryon Creek, and more. Occasionally, we will have weekday runs sprinkled in the mix.
Our runs are typically 5–7 miles, with shorter options available, and all paces are welcome. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, you'll find friendly people, great routes, and a relaxed vibe. We hang out after for coffee and conversation — bring a mug and join us! (Families, kiddos, and doggos included).
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re here to cruise, push the pace, or just enjoy the dirt.
