What we’re about
Portland Trail Runners is a welcoming trail running group that meets every Saturday morning to explore Portland’s incredible trails together. Our routes typically cover around 5-7 miles, with shorter options available — all paces are welcome.
We rotate between some of the city’s best running spots, including Forest Park, Tryon Creek, and other local favorites. Whether you’re new to trail running or have years of experience, you’ll find good company, fresh air, and friendly vibes here. We like to wrap up with post-run coffee and conversation, so bring a mug and hang out after.
Come run with us! Everyone is welcome, whether you’re here to cruise, push the pace, or just enjoy the dirt.

This route includes a mix of singletrack, wider dirt trail, and a ~0.75-mile neighborhood segment, with several intersections along the way — so it’s helpful to review the route ahead of time.
