Upper Saltzman Trail Mix

It's been a minute since we've started at UPPER Saltzman Trailhead...

We'll kick things off with a descent down Saltzman to Wildwood. From there, we'll head left on Wildwood, pass Firelane 5, and continue to the Wiregate. We'll cruise down Wiregate, turn right on Leif Erikson, then tackle the short climb up Firelane 5 back to Wildwood. To finish, we'll retrace our steps and climb Saltzman back to start. 6.2 miles total, 669' gain.

Want a shorter option? Check out Segment 2; cruising down FL5 to Leif from WW, and back to start. 4.2 miles; 482' gain.

Where to meet
We'll meet at Upper Saltzman Rd trailhead, located off NW Skyline Blvd.; parking can be tight, carpooling is encouraged.

Additional parking available north and across Skyline where Saltzman Rd. continues - not ideal, but an option. Again carpool if you are able.

What to bring

• Coffee cup/travel mug
