If you're seeking relief from stress and anxiety, battling mild to moderate depression, or simply curious about exploring altered states of consciousness without entheogens, this experience may be just what you need. Whether you're embarking on a journey of personal growth or eager to delve into the realms of psychedelic exploration, you're invited to join us.Join us in a safe and supportive environment as we embark on this transformative journey together.
It is important to note that this practice may not be suitable for everyone. Please refrain from participating if you are pregnant, have a history of heart conditions, are taking antipsychotic medication, have experienced psychosis, or are currently in a mentally unstable state.
In this altered state, individuals may encounter powerful moments of healing, such as resolving long-held wounds from birth or childhood, connecting with spirit guides, or engaging in meaningful conversations with departed loved ones. These experiences offer profound insights into our inner selves and illuminate pathways towards personal growth and fulfillment.
We will use the first hour to settle our nervous systems, properly prepare for the journey, and answer any questions. After this, we will move into the breathwork portion of the event. During this time, you will be carefully observed and cared for by the facilitator(s). After the event, there will be time to process and ground from the experience.
